Hope Sundays (family)
Hope Sundays
Every fourth Sunday of the Month is Hope Sunday. We encourage family and friends of ECAG to invite their unchurched loved ones and friends to a service focused on introducing them to the Love of Jesus. We also provide tools and resources on those Sundays to keep us mindful of sharing the good news beyond the church walls.
Connect Groups
So coming to a new church can be intimidating for new people. We invite our friends and loved ones to our connect groups to provide an "on ramp" into the church community. We offer 3 locations for our connect groups: Howard County, Carroll County, and Baltimore County. Please check the Calendar for updated info and times of these groups.
Community
Support Groups - Weekly support meetings to help meet the needs of our neighbors // Community Easter Egg Hunt & Party - Annual Easter egg hunt and party that features over 12,000 eggs and a short Christ centered show for the children // Fall Festival - Annual community event that features children games, food truck, live music, petting zoo , and so much more // Host CBS Woman's Bible Study - Weekly Bible Study for Women in and around Howard Co // Pop Ups - Semi Annual Events that focus on meeting the needs of our community // Vacation Bible School - A week in the Summer that invites children from the community to come and have fun learning about Jesus. // Stuff Back Pack Raiser and Event - Annual school supply fundraiser that benefits Baltimore City // Summer Local Mission Trips - The students and other volunteers do community service projects each summer // Baby Drive for Columbia Pregnancy Center - Fundraiser that involves collecting $ in baby bottles // Christmas Toy Drive - for Safe Families Toys are donated and delivered each year to children in foster care // Christmas Outreach Tea - We invite ladies from local retirement facilities to take part in a beautiful Christmas tea
U.S. & World Missions
We believe in missions, so much that over 10% of our annual budget is designated for US and World Missions. We help support ministries that cover many parts of the US and over 20 different countries world wide. Not to mention all of the counties we help spread the gospel in by supporting Speed the Light.
We used to list all the missionaries and their post but due to the threat of persecution and having their ministry disrupted by counties not favorable to Christianity we no longer publicly post.
